Arrival Procedure - Headquarters
Please call me on 07817 329172 when you are outside for your appointment, making sure you arrive on time. If I don't answer it will be because I am finishing off with a customer. Please wait until I answer before coming inside. This is to eliminate any risks between clients. Unfortunately you would need to come on your own to your appointment and no children are allowed. Upon arrival your temperature will be checked and you'll be asked to wash your hands before proceeding.
Please note that you must allow a two weeks window between your appointment
and receiving the COVID vaccine.
On booking your appointment a deposit of £50 redeemable against a treatment is required. BACS payment is preferable prior to the appointment and cost of treatment can be confirmed at virtual consultation.
Please do not come to your appointment if you, a family member, or someone you have been in close proximity with over the past 3 weeks has had any COVID 19 symptoms or been contacted by track and trace in the past 3 weeks. This includes Fever, Persistent new cough, Loss of smell or taste. Of course, we respect that you may need to rearrange at short notice. Patients must wait 15 days following foreign travel before attending appointments. Appropriate PPE will be worn at all times and discarded after each appointment and the treatment room will be thoroughly disinfected after each client.
