IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Before you arrive for your treatment

Please note that you must allow a two weeks window between your appointment and receiving the COVID vaccine.

On booking your appointment a deposit of £50 redeemable against a treatment is required.
  •     Wherever possible we will encourage a virtual consultation rather than face-to-face meaning that treatment planning will take place virtually, prior to arrival in clinic.
  • This will minimise contact and subsequently reduce the risk of any viral transmission.
  •     Scheduled treatments will only be carried out in your appointment.
  •     BACS payment is preferable prior to the appointment and cost of treatment can be confirmed at virtual consultation.
  •     Similarly reviews will be conducted via FaceTime or similar.
  •     Please bear in mind that if there are further lockdown’s adjustments may not be possible.
Please do not come to your appointment if you, a family member, or someone you have been in close proximity with over the past 3 weeks has had any
covid 19 symptoms or been contacted by track and trace in the past 3 weeks. This includes:
  •     Fever
  •     Persistent new cough
  •     Loss of smell or taste
Of course, we respect that you may need to rearrange at short notice. Patients must wait 15 days following foreign travel before attending appointments and allow a
two week window between receiving the COVID vaccine and having a treatment.

Appropriate PPE will be worn at all times and discarded after each appointment and the treatment room will be thoroughly disinfected after each client.

Before and after your treatment I will be personally available over the telephone and email to address any aftercare queries you may have.
